GUARDPRO SECURITY offers competitive wages and takes pride in its staff hiring process. Once a resume has been reviewed and selected by a Manager the following takes place:
An interview is set-up and the opportunities available outlined to the prospect.
An application for employment is completed and references checked.
A second interview is scheduled to ensure that we are hiring the ideal individual for the position being offered.
The applicant must have taken the BC Attorney General’s Security Training Course and passed the mandatory government exam (required in British Columbia).
The applicant is finger-printed and a record check done by the RCMP.
Their request for a security license and the information gathered by the RCMP is then sent to the Security Programs Division of the Attorney General of BC in Victoria.
