GUARDPRO SECURITY offers competitive wages and takes pride in its staff hiring process. Once a resume has been reviewed and selected by a Manager the following takes place:

  • An interview is set-up and the opportunities available outlined to the prospect.

  • An application for employment is completed and references checked.

  • A second interview is scheduled to ensure that we are hiring the ideal individual for the position being offered.

  • The applicant must have taken the BC Attorney General’s Security Training Course and passed the mandatory government exam (required in British Columbia).

  • The applicant is finger-printed and a record check done by the RCMP.

  • Their request for a security license and the information gathered by the RCMP is then sent to the Security Programs Division of the Attorney General of BC in Victoria.
